The Situation

JogPost is the number one leaflet distribution and delivery company in the UK with their award winning service in London. With their existing systems and business processes, the JogPost team were facing some key challenges which included the company having multiple systems. This made business operations difficult to follow and caused low productivity and collaboration between external and internal stakeholders.

The Solution

The solution was simple. JogPost needed one integrated system to combine all their business operations. Soluzione used a consultative approach and carried out a complete software development life cycle (SDLC) detailing immediate and future requirements. The overall execution was then strategically broken in phases. Soluzione developed a cloud-based CRM solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and external Web Portal on Windows Azure. This included Core Dynamics CRM Customization to meet business needs, CRM dashboard and reports, automated processes in an integrated manner across business functions, collaborative information sharing with various stakeholders, role-based KPI dashboards and a portal for external stakeholders.
